Thanks for visiting my site.  My name is Al and the purpose of this blog is simply to share my thoughts and commit to action in various areas of my live. The items of interest to me are first my family and how I can be a better father and husband. Other interests are related to work and faith so this blog will serve as a place for me to grow in these areas.

While I am mostly writing to myself in order to grow and develop as a person, I also imagine that there are many others who may benefit from what I have to say.
